Your custom-made MI-6 SMS Supermoto racing suit – developed by riders, for riders. Since 2008, we’ve been putting our entire experience from active Supermoto racing into the creation of suits that perfectly combine safety, comfort, and design.
Each racing suit is individually tailored to your body measurements. With more than 20 measuring points, we ensure a fit that’s precisely adapted to you. The result:
CE-certified protectors, reinforced safety seams, breathable stretch zones, and a removable inner lining provide all-round protection and maximum comfort. With a weight starting at just 4.8 kg and leather thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm, this racing suit equips you perfectly – whether on the street or on the racetrack.
In short: The MI-6 SMS gives you a racing suit as individual as you are – safe, comfortable, stylish, and absolutely fair in price.
In the configurator you will find all the options for your own personal leather suit. When placing your order, you can choose between a racing suit for adults or for children.

The child suit is produced at no extra charge and tailored for young riders – ensuring maximum protection and a true racing style.
The material is the heart of your racing suit. Here you decide which type of leather is best for you.
Robust, proven, and durable – cowhide is the standard in motorcycle racing. It offers excellent protection and a great balance of comfort, safety, and price.
Exceptionally lightweight yet extremely tear-resistant – kangaroo leather is the premium choice in racing. Its reduced weight provides more freedom of movement and greater wearing comfort without compromising safety.
Full Custom: In the configurator, you can assign a color to every area of your suit – from shoulders, chest, and back to logos and stretch zones. In total, more than 25 different areas can be customized. This way you ensure that your suit not only fits perfectly but also reflects your personal style.
Shop Designs: For the design series Dual Flow, Mono Core, Edge Line, High Contrast, Vector Cut, Tri Blend, and Split Shift, we’ve already created a finished leather suit for you. Of course, you can still customize the colors: for an additional €25, you can adjust two to three colors according to your preferences.
Your safety comes first – decide for yourself which protectors you’d like to integrate.

Additional protection in case of a fall
If you ride with a neck brace, we adapt the design of your suit accordingly. Name, number, and logos are shifted slightly downward so that everything remains perfectly visible despite the additional protector.
The print is centered on the back.
The print will be placed a little bit further down.
On the front of your suit you can place different logos – for an even stronger racing look and more individuality. Choose between these options:
The chest stays clean.
Choose one of the brand logos to match your bike.
Your personal main logo (e.g. teamlogo or sponsor)
Combination of brand logo and your personal main logo.
The back also offers space for logos – perfect for team or sponsor designs. Choose from these options:

Your individual main logo on the back.
Make your suit unmistakable by personalizing it with your name and/or race number.
You can choose between ten fonts for the name and number. When you enter your name or number, you can select the font in the configurator and see it directly in the preview.
Your upper arms offer additional space for personalization. Decide how you’d like to design them:
Simple and neutral.
Your name on the arms.
Your race number is visible on the side.
Complete personalization for a striking look.
Place a logo on the upper arms.
Place two logos one below the other on the upper arms.
You can place up to six extra logos on the chest. Each additional logo costs €5.
The back can also be fitted with more logos – ideal for sponsor placements. Here you can add up to two additional logos at €5 each.
On the thighs you can place another logo. A long or horizontal logo works best here for optimal placement. The surcharge for the logo on the thigh is €25.
If you select “Yes, please” for the Airbag Preparation, your MI-6 SMS leather suit will have neoprene stretch panels in the upper chest and shoulder areas instead of leather. This ensures proper expansion of the airbag in an emergency. Additional costs for the airbag preparation are 80 €. Note: These stretch panels are always black and cannot be color-customized.
Our SMG Supermoto gloves are the perfect complement to our suit. You can choose between black gloves, which match all color combinations, and custom gloves. If you choose custom gloves, our designers will create the gloves to match your leather suit design. You can also choose how many gloves you would like to order.
Your options:
The foundation of your racing suit is high-quality cowhide leather with a thickness of 1.2–1.3 mm – robust, durable, and proven in motorsports for decades. If you prefer, you can also choose kangaroo leather. This high-end material is significantly lighter yet extremely tear-resistant – saving up to 2.5 kg in weight and giving you even more freedom of movement.
For extra comfort and flexibility, breathable stretch panels are placed at strategic points such as the back, knees, and elbows. This ensures maximum mobility at all times without compromising safety.
Additionally, perforated leather areas provide effective ventilation, keeping you cool even on hot summer days.

You also have the option of equipping your suit with additional outer protectors to adapt the protection even more specifically to your riding style. All protectors are incorporated in such a way that they do not restrict your movements and are precisely positioned on your body thanks to the custom-made design. These protectors are available to you:
We use reinforced safety stitching, high-quality zippers, and a removable inner lining that is easy to clean. Every detail is designed to give you a long-lasting product that withstands the toughest demands.
You decide which material and protector combination works best for you. The result is a racing suit perfectly tailored to your needs – whether for training, racing, or sporty road riding.
Design your dream racing suit with our configurator. Make sure you select everything carefully so nothing is missing. Choose all colors, protectors, name, number, and any logos you’d like to add.
Immediately after your order, you’ll receive an email with a link to our online form. This form is the key to your perfectly fitted suit: here you will enter all your body measurements.
Now take your measurements precisely according to our instructions. It’s best to have a second person help you and to use a flexible measuring tape. We recommend keeping the online form open during the measuring process.
Enter all your measurements into the form. At the end, please double-check that everything is correct. This is the foundation to ensure your racing suit fits perfectly.
Within 72 hours after payment, we’ll create your first design draft. Please check carefully if everything is correct and if you like the design.
If you spot any errors in the draft, simply let us know by email and we will adjust it. Once you are happy with the final design and we have all your measurements, we’ll release your racing suit for production.
Your racing suit will now be produced. First, templates are created based on your measurements. Then the leather pieces are prepared and carefully stitched together by hand.
Once your suit is finished, it will be shipped to our headquarters in Sweden for a final quality check. After passing inspection, it will be carefully packed and delivered straight to your door.
For measuring you will need the following items:
If you plan to wear protectors under the suit (e.g. back protector or knee protectors), you must take your measurements while wearing the protectors. Otherwise, the suit will be too tight later on.
o make sure your racing suit fits perfectly, we have marked all important measuring points for you. Use the illustrations as a guide and then enter the values in our form. The same illustrations and more detailed explanations for each measuring point can also be found in the form itself. This way you can be sure that every area is taken into account and your suit will fit like a second skin.
