Our vinyl

Our graphics are made from a very special film. We’ve developed and continuously optimized the structure and material specifically for use as motorcycle graphics over the past 8 years. This allows us to offer a unique multi-layer film for the production of our graphics.

Film structure

When you think of “stickers,” ordinary stickers or vehicle wraps come to mind. These materials are usually very thin and difficult to apply, and just the thought of applying a full graphic to a motorcycle can be overwhelming. But don’t worry – our multi-layer film structure has been specially developed and continuously optimized over 8 years for motorcycle graphics.

A special acrylic adhesive with a honeycomb “RapidAir” pattern provides a strong base for adhesion to PU plastic parts. Thanks to these channels, air bubbles under the graphics are a thing of the past, making the film easy to apply even for beginners.

The UV-resistant ECO solvent print, known for its brilliant print quality and long-lasting color fidelity due to its special composition, is applied to a matte, highly stable vinyl film. The matte base ensures that all printed details stand out perfectly.

Our multi-layer film is finished with the “heart” of the product – a 0.4mm protective laminate. The laminate ensures the long durability of your graphics and is highly resistant to external influences. Your plastic parts are well protected from scratches or fading – style and protection in one! With a total thickness of around 0.8mm, it’s practically impossible to get wrinkles or creases in the graphic when applying.

“Rapid Air” honeycomb pattern

The Rapid Air honeycomb pattern of our graphics film features a sophisticated channel system that greatly simplifies application. Thanks to the fine channels, air bubbles cannot get trapped; instead, they are easily guided out. This means they can be smoothed away with light pressure, without needing to remove the film. The result is an evenly smooth, bubble-free surface and a particularly comfortable, quick installation.
