In very rare cases, production defects can occur. They are uncommon but can’t be ruled out entirely. If this happens, we take responsibility and arrange a prompt correction or rework. To assess the case, please provide clear photos of the affected areas along with your submitted measurements—this helps us quickly identify the issue and determine the right solution.
