Our graphics have a special construction. The multi-layer film structure has been specifically developed for use as motorcycle graphics and has been continuously optimized over the past eight years.

Base Layer: The base layer is a special acrylic adhesive designed for optimal adhesion on PU plastic parts. It features a honeycomb-shaped “RapidAir” pattern. Thanks to these channels, air bubbles in the graphic are a thing of the past, and the film can be easily applied, even by beginners.

Print Layer: The UV-resistant 9-color Eco Solvent print, known for its brilliant image quality and long-lasting color vibrancy, is applied to a matte, very dimensionally stable vinyl film. The matte base enhances the visibility of all printed details.

Protective Layer: The final layer is the “heart” of the film – a 0.4mm thick protective laminate! The laminate ensures long durability for your graphic and is highly resistant to external influences. This way, your plastic parts are ideally protected from scratches and fading – style and protection in one! With a total thickness of about 0.8mm, it’s nearly impossible to create wrinkles or folds during application.
The laminate comes in three different finishes – gloss, matte, or textured.
