The procedure in such a case is as follows:

1. Contact us: Please contact us immediately and send us informative pictures in which the fit problems are clearly visible. It is important that we see as many details as possible so that we can assess the situation correctly. Here you can go directly to our contact form.
2. Review by our team: We carefully analyze your information and the pictures. If necessary, we will ask you for more photos or more precise details about the dimensions to get a complete picture.
3. Finding a solution: Once we have examined the case, we will work with you to find the best solution. In some cases, it is sufficient to adjust the existing suit (e.g. changes to sleeves or legs). If there is a clear production error, your suit will be re-produced to ensure a perfect fit.
4. Assumption of costs: The cost regulation depends on the individual case. In the event of a demonstrable production error, we will of course cover the full costs. We will discuss a fair solution with you in the event of individual adjustments that are outside the original dimensions or wishes.
